Configuration Management Database Training at World Bank Group

José González, lead consultant at Operatura, is working with the Information Technology Services department at World Bank Group in developing IT and staff training. Some of the work entails:

• Develop Change Management policies and procedures
• Develop and conduct staff Configuration Management Database training (CMDB)
• Developing eLearning training for CMDB
