Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) at World Bank Group

Jose Gonzalez, lead consultant at Operatura, is assisting the Information Technology Services department at World Bank Group in developing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and staff training. Some of the work entails:

  • Develop IT Change Management policies and procedures
  • Develop and conduct staff training
  • Develop and publish eLearning products
  • Work with the team implementing an intranet site dedicated to promoting and supporting best practices in IT Service Management
